Job Scope?:
1.Order handling (Enter order timely and correctly, send out order acknowledgement, order pull in, push out ,shipment notice...)
2. Quick response to customer complains and returns
3.Reply customer enquiry (Technical, application, lead time...) in time
4.Payment following up, send AR statements to customer in time, making sure no shipment delay due to payment issue
5.For new product order or Engineering sample, processing order review and keeping close follow up to make sure release document on time and get a customer satisfied delivery date
Requirements:
1. More than 1 year related experience
2.Skillful writing, listening and speaking in English
3.Good command of Microsoft office and be familiar with
4.Well understand international trading knowledge
5.Well understand ERP application
