岗位职责
1、负责华东，华北地区日化香精销售，现有客户维护和新客户开发以达成集团总部下达的销售及利润目标；
To maintain the existing clients in South China and to develop new clients to achieve the annual target;
2、负责组织、协调和整合各部门资源，进行新项目开发和现有项目的维护；
To conduct the new project by organizing, coordinating and integrating the resources from perfumers, FDM and marketing.
3、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的开发提供建议；
To transfer the clients\' and market\'s feedback to perfumer and FDM, to orient the new products direction.

任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，化学及相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, Chemist or related major;
2、3-5年以上化工行业销售经验，有日化香精销售工作经历者优先；
3 years work experiences in related industry;
3、具有丰富的日化客户资源和行业经验，过往业绩优秀；
Rich resources in daily chemicals, good sales perfomance record;
4、对香精有所了解，对香气有良好的感知和表达；
Good sense to fragrances, good expressions on olfactive;
5、具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
Good communication, coordination skill.
6、英语听说读写流利
Good command of Speaking & Writing English
