BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION基本功能-Manage Electronic assembly and system integration & sheet metal quality at NPI stagePRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责- Dedicate on quality control of the new product introduction of PCBA (SMT/SMD) and Mechanical products, coordinate with QA ,IQC and Engineering for the sample inspection and evaluation. - Attend the conference call and discussion with customer for new product instruction.-Organize and coordinate CFT members to resolve the quality problems occurred at NPI stage.-Summarize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quality report related to customer feedback and complaint; RMA summary relate to NPI status and issues.-Constantly review related documents, procedures, work instructions, etc.- Responsible for control plan of prototype/preproduction and work with QA for the control plan of mass production, and submit it to customer for approval. - Participate in the Incoming/In-process/ RMA MRB meeting for NPI samples.- Process audit/report/driver for continually improvement on current production of responsible functional projects-On going monitoring of new / current product quality trend by applying statistical control techniques as appropriate & ensure proper control limit is available on each chart for control.- New product pilot run follow up and verification- Response to customers’ feedback / complaint on new/ current product quality issues to avoid this issue re-occurrence.- Provide quality reports and data to customers whenever necessary.- Verify the implementation of solution to customer’s feedback for new products.-To constantly seek solutions to all quality problems through quality meetingsDimensions / Scope界别/范围-NPI quality monitoring-Sample quality & ISIR report for customer-Customer feedback and complaint for new productsInteraction / Relationship交流/人际关系-External: Supplier/Customer-Internal: Purchasing/Procurement/Production/Engineering/PMC/IQC/DCC/SCMExperience or skills required工作经验及所需技能-3 Years work experience in electronics and / or mechanicals quality management , special have experience of PCBA(SMT/SMD process), as well as Fabrication(stamping)-Computer skill-Write and speak English fluently (must)-Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.Specialised knowledge or skills required专业知识或所需技能-FMEA-SPC-GR&R-Quality Control Plan-TS******/ISO 9000/ISO******-Green Belt/Black Belt of 6Sigma-Write and speak English-IPC-A-610-PPAP
