Sales Training Manager-Ecommerce(销售培训经理 - 电商）工作职责? Conduct training need analysis in collaboration with line managers and HR//BPs to identify training needs? Work out annual training plan, monitor, implement and review training programs with agreed objectives, measure and enlarge impact to sales business. ? Design, deliver, and planning on sales training program based on MJN standard process and enlarge impact to sales performance. ? Develop sales training program and training deck according to training needs identified ? Maintain and improve quality standard in training / learning to ensure appropriate KPIs to be achieved ? Evaluate program delivery, learning methods and customer satisfaction to ensure training effectiveness? Identify supervisor’s capability development and conduct field coaching while provide feedback with action plan.? Research information and be a source in program development to make sure quality program offering任职资格Knowledge, Skills & Abilities? At least 3 years field sales experience on FMCG channel or Ecommerce channel, familiar with infant formula industry and ecommerce is preferred ? Experience 3+ years of(sales) training management with 2+ years of supervisor above positions and training facilitation experience;? Adapt to Change, self-motivated ? Teamwork and collaborative ? Good communicator ? Passionate to people and love to influence others ? Proactive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure? Creative thinking, Education and Experience? Education Bachelor degree
