Managing all day-to-day operations. Understanding staffs' positions well enough and can perform duties at staffs' absence.监督员工 - 监督管理员工的日常工作:管理日常运作,熟悉了解各岗位工作内容,在员工缺席的情况下履行其职责;(3) Managing Daily Operations of the Area or Department - Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.部门日常运作的管理 - 确保日常运作、质量、标准及满足客户的期望值;(4)Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates - Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.引导、指导和激励下属 - 对下属提供指导和方向,包括设定绩效标准和监控机制;(5)Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and conform to the quality standards分配及确保工作任务按时完成,同时符合相应的质量标准;(6)Welcome, acknowledge and serve all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.根据公司标准欢迎、致谢和服务所有客人,预测和解决客人的需求,帮助残疾人士,并感谢客人创造的价值;(7) Inspect grooming, attire of ladies and gentlemen as well as hygiene standards, and rectify any deficiencies检查仪容仪表,以绅士淑女的着装以及卫生标准,并及时纠正不足之处;(8)Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.按照开店和闭店的班次执行,包括必要的物料、工具,清洁所有的设备和区域,锁好门窗等;
