任职条件：
1. 大专以上学历，1年以上国际货代行业海外代理维护及开发经验；
2. 熟悉货运海外代理操作方式及流程；
3. 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力强；
4. 具有较强的业务开发及团队合作能力；
5. 具有客户资源的优先考虑。


Major Responsibilities:
a. Source partners and clients worldwide.
b. Follow up contracts with customers and agents of North America,Central & South America, Europe, Australia ,Indie and Pakistan,Middle East,Red sea,MED & Black Sea Lane,Asia etc;
c. Negotiate with shipping companies/Airways or customers for better terms of business and select the appropriate business;
Qualifications:
a. College degree in trading or other related disciplines.
b. Professional experience and knowledge in sourcing of logistics field.
c. More than half year working experience in logistics or shipping/Air company.
d. Excellent communications skills and fluent in both written & spoken English.
