Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing email marketing, coordinating website marketing content development, and providing data analysis and digital marketing reporting. Localize digital Marketing solutions to meet regional and local needs.
Key Responsibilities
? Roll out Digital Marketing solutions and digital campaigns, including web sites, email, newsletters and other Digital Marketing services
? Work with team to set up, test, support, and execute all online/email campaigns; ensure email marketing best practices are utilized and efforts are made to focus on “opt-in” demand generation campaigns versus “blast & batch”
? Localize and optimize the local website, internal and external.
? Manage and maintain the MicrosoftDynamic and etc. system, templates, and contact database, work with Global team to develop and implement processes to ensure optimal customer interaction and prevent over use of our customer and prospect data
? Optimize the website performance, as well as the MicroSite and Landing pages.
? Perform statistical analysis and reporting for the Digital Marketing campaigns and websites.
? In charge of SEO/SEM coordination.
? In charge of Webinar for GC region
? E-commerce experience is a plus
? Other digital marketing tactics and skills not in above.
Job Requirements
3-4 years of experience working with Digital Marketing campaigns and website.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer skills specifically related to Marketing Automation System (like Pardot, Eloqua, MarkeTo…), solid experience in analyzing and optimizing website; understanding in web related technologies.
? Communication Skills: Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; translates digital marketing objectives into business terms and implications; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences. Experience communicating with senior personnel both internally and externally is necessary for success. Solution oriented and problem solver. Good oral and written English required.
? Business & Organization Knowledge: (prefered) Understands marketing within the instrument industry. General knowledge on instrument products, target segments, customer attributes and terminologies
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or science. An advanced degree is preferred.
