Responsibilities:Provides consultative services on a Global basis, to customers and prospects in order to optimize their manufacturing processes utilizing Dymax products. Needs for such services to be identified by Sales. Services to consist of, but not limited to:a. Light curing technology and dispensing education for prospects, customers, sales partners and integration companies.b. Assistance in specifying products (that work together)c. Hands on equipment installation assistance.d. Process and product trouble shooting.e. Coordination services for integration companies.f. Coordinates as necessary with employees at all Company locations, including Asia and Europe in order to provide services listed above.g. Educates Dymax Sales Team on Equipment through joint calls, seminars/webinars and training sessions at Sales Meetings.h. Involve in sales position, try the best to develop new business opportunities, especially for DYMAX dispensing and filling system;i. Builds and leverages alliances with integration companies (custom machine builders) and complimentary equipment providers (i.e.; surface treatment) as needed to satisfy customers' needs.j. Develops and maintains familiarity with competitive curing and dispensing equipment. Knowledge base to include strengths/weaknesses, features and benefits.k. Coordinates with Sales and Application Engineering regarding customers’ applications. Deliveries customer feedback(voice of customer) to Market Segment Managers and Product Development groups.Documents case histories as examples of successful use of Dymax Edge.a. Accomplish all of the above via strong sense of teamwork and at all times consistent with the Dymax vision/mission statements.b. Perform other duties as assigned.Skills/Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.At least 5 years’ experience in light curing industry, including adhesive, curing and dispensing equipment experience.Good communication skills in Chinese and English, Oral and writtenTeam work-orientated, willing to travel
