Job responsibility:
Responsible for growth and new customer
acquisition in the MicroBulk and small bulk business. These people will be
responsible for actively making sales calls, promoting CryoEase business model
as a more economical, safer and more convenient mode of supply to existing
cylinders/dewar customers, and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and
disciplined manner.
DIMENSIONS:
China Packaged Gas
market (ex hardgoods, helium and electronics specialty gases) is a $700MM
business with amenable target for conversion to MicroBulk supply estimated at
$200MM. Our intent is to develop a $60 million to $80 million business over the
next 5 years in this conversion market segment. The business plan calls for
expansion to 10 hubs throughout China with a dedicated and focused sales force
of up to 40 people with dedicated sales management. We will deploy specialized
equipment and resources developed exclusively for this market
segment.
