酒店财务总监Chief Financial Officer
岗位要求job requirements：
1、35岁以上，本科或以上学历，财务工作经历10年以上，财务总监类型管理岗位经历3年或以上，持有中级会计师或注册会计师证。Above 35 years old; undergraduate or above; at least 10 years experience in financial work; and at least 3 years experience work as a CFO or related position; got Intermediate accountant certificate or CPA.
2、精通商业企业财务运作管理、税务、审计管理、商业成本会计控制方法，熟悉企业合理避税方法。Proficient in financial operations management of corporation, tax and audit administration, controlling of commercial cost accounting and avoiding tax reasonably.
3、精通财务预算与控制管理运作。 Proficient in financial budget and controlling financial management and operation.
4、熟悉办公软件、财务软件的操作使用 know how to office software and financial software.
5、有财税部门、金融机构相关人脉资源优先。Has network in finance and taxation department or financing institution would be great.
6、较强的战略规划能力、计划组织能力、领导能力、沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力、较强的风险控制能力。Good strategic planning competency, planning and organizing ability, leadership, communication skills, coordinate ability, logical thinking ability and risk management capability.
7、具备较强的责任心、团队意识、工作主动性。With Responsibility, team spirit and work initiative.
