Job profile/responsibilities 
QA Engineer/Manager is responsible for maintaining all quality/Environment systems and management based on the existing quality system and experience from mother company FJ Denmark, Instruct, monitor and help all departments to implement, improve process instructions, based on ISO9001:2008 quality system, and prepare and lead the team to build the TS****** quality system.

QA Engineer reports to QA Manager from FJ Denmark working in FJ China, work closely with all departments.

Professional skills and experience:
- No less than 3 years experience on quality area, familiar with ISO9001:2008 and TS****** quality system
- Experience in external, customer and internal audits against to ISO/TS quality system
- Be comfortable communicating concisely in English, both written and orally
- Intercultural competencies, preferable experience in working for/with foreign companies

Educational background:
- University degree, college or technical school education in mechanical engineering

Personal skills:
- Highly communicative and assertive personality, open mind, team worker
