1.3~5年实际工作经验，熟悉建筑及施工，具备全程参与建筑项目的经验。
2.具备很强的沟通能力和很好的团队精神，并对设计充满热情。
3.必备熟练中英文沟通能力。
4.熟知绘图，三维及办公软件AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.  3D Studio, Max/Viz 的应用；熟知Rhino 尤佳。
5.工资和待遇以经验和能力商定。

Junior Architect:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working in International Design offices, should possesses strong communication and graphic skills, have demonstrated construction documents experience.
Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office, 3D Studio Max. Rhino is a strong plus. 

Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is a must.  
Salary commensurate with experience.
