Location: Shouguang, SHANDONG Province 
Report to:  Research Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the vegetable production, demonstration and experiment inside and outside（follow） the station;
负责农场内部蔬菜生产，展示和研发实验；跟踪指导外部的生产试验；
2. Responsible for labors management, Make regular plans (such as weekly plans) for all the labors, organize labors reasonably;
负责工人管理，做出日常计划，合理安排工人劳动；
3. Report timely for any emergency in crops and labors management and finish routine monthly report.
及时汇报作物栽培和工人管理中的不正常情况，并按时完成月报。
Requirement:
1. At least with bachelor‘s degree majored in agriculture, agronomy, vegetable etc.
农学、蔬菜、园艺等专业本科以上学历。  
2. Experience in vegetable production and/or experimentation; with technical ability, technical knowledge and understanding.
具有蔬菜生产、试验方面的知识、经验和技能。
3. Experience with greenhouse crops in North China (Tomato, pepper, eggplant, cucumber, squash…). 
具有华北地区蔬菜（如西红柿、辣椒、茄子、黄瓜、南瓜等）大棚种植经验。
4. Respect confidentiality, willing to dedicate to agriculture industry, loyal and honest, self discipline, autonomy, organization.
诚实、自律，有志于农业工作。
5. Aptitude to work in an international company (computer operating, reporting, English communication skills etc)
要求具有一定的英语沟通、计算机操作能力，可适应外企工作环境。
6. Willing to work in a farm.
乐于农场环境中工作。
