职责说明：
对所在服务部管材机械设备备件和服务业务提供技术支持，配合部门销售完成年度销售指标，提供管材行业服务解决方案并组织项目实施。
1. 在服务销售工作中对相关管材设备做必要的技术澄清以及与客户沟通；
2. 对销售工作中的备件选型和替换做技术性指导；
3. 为服务模式拓展提供技术保障，制定管材行业服务服务解决方案；
4. 相关设备现场技术指导；
5. 培训部门销售，达到总部预期个人发展目标。

Job Description：
Pipes & Tubes technical support to spare parts and service business of service division. Cooperation with service sales to achieve sales annual target. Pipes & Tubes service solution make and implement.
1. Techncial detail clarification and communication with customer;
2. Technical support to spare parts type selection and replacement;
3. Service mode solution make and support;
4. Technical support on site;
5. Internal sales training.





要求：
本科及以上学历，至少5年以上大型钢管厂主工艺段机械设备工作经验，具有解决复杂技术问题的能力，优秀的独立工作能力与团队合作精神，勤奋努力，身体健康并能出差。
1. 全面了解钢管包括无缝和焊管的生产线和精整生产线的生产工艺；
2. 精通钢管包括无缝和焊管的生产线，以及管精整生产线的设备原理，结构，维护和检修工艺；
3. 良好的逻辑思维和语言表达能力，具有较强的沟通愿望；
4. 良好的英语或德语的听、说、读、写水平；
5. 良好的人际沟通能力，善于团队工作。

Requirement：
Bachelor degree or above, +5 years seamless, ERW tubes plant main process mechanical equipment maintenance experience, ability to solve complex technical problem. Diligent, independent, teamwork and can traveling.
1. comprehensive knowledge of seamless, ERW tube plant and finishing mill products. PQF experience will be plus;
2. Knowledge of seamless, ERW tube making process, equipment installation and maintenance;
3. Open mind and aggressive;
4. Fluent in English or German;
5. Excellent internal and external communication skill.
