具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities:
? Provide the operation support to implement Syngenta’s DH technologies in China SD
? Accountable for daily operation to ensure Ｏn time and quality delivery of DH lines aligned with breeding targets
? Successful implementation of process metrics and KPIs, and Ｏngoing improvement of DH processes critical to business delivery
? Function as a member of the ‘Core Lab Team’ responsible for DH production
? Conduct daily operation associated with lab and greenhouse experiments, and timely monitoring usage of resources and delivery deadlines with in-houses IT systems
? Work with diverse group of peers, team leads and stakeholders to increase throughput, and to effectively schedule projects throughout the seasons
? Remain current Ｏn changing protocols and/or new technology. Update or write new protocols as when necessary.
? Use best greenhouse and laboratory practices in accordance to Syngenta HSE and compliance guidelines
? Efficient use of resources and delivering minimal cost per DH line as a team
? To support of maintenance of lab and greenhouse equipment, as well as supplies for successful use in routine operations
? Assist DH/TI lab lead to hire, train and manage seasonal or temporary workers
Qualifications:
? Bachelors or Master in Cell Biology, Biotechnology or other Biology related fields
? Knowledge in plant genetics and molecular biology
? Good understanding of computers, ability to learn new software and use that knowledge to optimise or create new process files associated with daily operation
? Good understanding of networking different equipment for smooth data flow
? Proficient in Microsoft office tools
? Understand how work relates to the project goals and Syngenta goals.
? Judicious resource management with time keeping as per project plan.
? Good co-ordination with team member and Team Leads.
? Consistent and timely communication of project information in work pipeline both within and outside team
? Clear and candid reporting of challenges and failure or other issues that hinders production capacity and/or accurate data deliverance to team leader and follow up till normalcy returns.
? Contribute to competitive rate per DH lines
? Reliable & repeatable delivery
? Displays strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks
