具体岗位描述:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES-Order processing, forecast handling, order re-schedules, shipment arrangement;-Handle customer complaints, coordinate with Quality -Conduct customer satisfaction survey;-Generate/Review dept reports (Open order, Booking, Billing, OTD, RMA etc) on daily, weekly and/ormonthly basis; ensure report correctness;-Assist manager in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information forfurther analysis;-Complete appointed job given by superiors at the right time and with good quality.Education, Qualification and training-University graduate preferredExperience or skills required-over6 years working experience (with proven supervisory experience) preferably in electronic manufacturing field but not necessarySpecialised knowledge or skills required-Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of customer service, good command of English, basic computer knowledge招聘人数:1人
