具体岗位描述：

（1）Follows the outlined standard and procedures.遵守本部门的工作标准及程序；（2）Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.保持高标准的个人卫生及形象；（3）Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.确保正确安全的使用所有装备、机器和工具；（4）Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.保证饼房区域达到卫生标准，包括库房、冷冻室、冰箱及干储室的干净、整洁；（5）Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.协助验货收货并正确存储；（6）Ensures that all the pastry equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.保证所有的饼房设备正常工作如有问题马上报告；（7）Participates in on job training of subordinates.参加员工岗位培训；
