产品工程师Job Description：
1. Lead to transfer new products to mass production.
2. Coordinating and optimizing production activities regarding process conditions, product quality, production cost and troubleshooting in operation.
3. IE analysis and fixture design for new product process
4. To be responsible for the engineering documents,such as BOM, drawing, SOP and traveler.
5. Process training for the operators and Problem solving in mass production

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or chemical field, composite material background will be preferable.
2. Familiar with CAD software.
3. Good communication skills with the team
4. Good command of oral and written English
